Privacy

What you say stays yours.

The conversations you record are often the ones you'd least like to hand over. With On Device, recording content stays off our servers. With Cloud, temporary copies are deleted automatically.

Your library, not ours

Your lasting library lives on your device and syncs privately through your own iCloud account. iCloud sync is included on every plan. Cloud mode uses temporary copies that are automatically deleted.

Sign in with Apple, nothing more

Authentication only. Use Apple's Private Relay and we never even see your real email address — and we never use it for marketing, advertising, or tracking.

Deleted by design

Cloud audio is deleted when transcription finishes. Temporary cloud copies are removed after delivery or expiry, and your content is never used to train AI models.

Enterprise Security

Our primary cloud processing providers maintain recognized programs including SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, as applicable to their services.
